3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided based on information available at the time
Pricing may change if conditions differ upon inspection
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
We reserve the right to charge late fees on unpaid balances
Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen conditions
Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance or structural issues
Soft washing and pressure washing carry inherent risks, which are accepted by the customer
